Chris Williams is the Chief People Officer at ODI, where he previously served as the Director of Professional Services and Head of Human Resources (HR). He has responsibility for HR, IT, Facilities, Global Security and Safeguarding at ODI.

Chris is passionate about people, with over 30 years of HR experience and holding senior HR and allied services positions across varied organisations in the private, public and charity sectors. Organisations include: the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Cardiff University, University of Wales College of Medicine, Training and Enterprise Councils, and the manufacturing and the independent care sectors.

Chris is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal and Development, and holds a master’s in HR management, a diploma in Human Resource Development (RSA), a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, and a BA (Hons) from the University of Wales.
